what’s all the hub-bub about Huntsman Spiders…
dude. so not worth being scared of.
WOLF SPIDERS which will actually chase you (you being a human being) around a room and HISS at you are toxic. and so are blackwidows… both of which live in my province of choice. lol
what sucks about the black widows is that ya don’t know it’s a black widow til you’ve killed the poor thing and realize it was just a harmless house spider.
there are these suckers out here with big bulbous asses you’d swear they were black widows… but no! and seeing as you can’t rightly pick one up to check it’s underbelly for the famed red hour glass you find yourself killing a lot of innocent black, bulbous-assed , skinny-legged arachnids (arachnae??).
but last but not least are the cute brown house spiders, they look like brown recluse spiders (which will almost immediately destroy whatever unsuspecting body part they get into contact with) but are completely harmless. on their “fangs” they have cute lil’ balls of spider goo. they’re so cute!! and when they get mad they pull a wolf spider on you and stand on their hind legs thrashing their forearms violently. SO CUTE!!!! too bad they can’t hiss tho…
